3. WHAT THIS SITE IS
The Site provides information about our vending machine, micro market, and office coffee services, and allows you to request a quote or contact us.
The Site is informational. It is not an ordering platform, and nothing on it constitutes a binding offer to provide services.
4. REQUESTING SERVICE DOES NOT CREATE A CONTRACT
Submitting a quote request, contact form, or any other inquiry through the Site does not create a service agreement between you and Sound Side Snacks, and does not obligate either party to anything.
All services are subject to a separate written agreement signed by both parties. That agreement — not this website — governs equipment placement, service schedules, pricing, term length, and all other commercial terms. Where anything on this Site conflicts with a signed service agreement, the signed agreement controls.
We reserve the right to decline any request for any lawful reason, including location suitability, headcount, geography, or capacity.
5. SERVICE AREA
We provide services in Nassau County and Suffolk County, New York, and surrounding areas of Long Island. Availability varies by location and is confirmed only through a site visit and signed agreement. Descriptions of our service area on this Site are general and do not guarantee that we can serve any particular address.
6. STATEMENTS ABOUT COST
Where we describe equipment, installation, or service as provided at no cost, that description refers to our standard arrangement and is subject to the terms of a signed service agreement, including any conditions relating to location, volume, headcount, term, and access. When you submit a form, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it on behalf of the business you identify.
